We build operations software for multi-site businesses.
AMC renewals, staff accommodation, guest WiFi, service desks — the back-of-house work that global SaaS treats as an afterthought is exactly what we build for. One connected platform, built for how operations actually run.
Why we exist
Most operations software is built somewhere else, for someone else's market — then sold in with the regional realities bolted on afterwards. We took the opposite path: build for the operator first. The result is a connected platform — contracts, service desk, accommodation, guest WiFi and an AI sales CRM — that understands AMCs, PPM, staff-accommodation compliance and direct support from the team that built it.

2017–2019
Learning from live operations
By supporting active hospitality and accommodation sites, we developed practical experience in connectivity, user access, site support and service continuity. We learned that operators did not only need technology. They needed ownership, accountability and a team that understood the pressure of keeping services running.

Looking beyond connectivity
Our work showed us that WiFi was only one part of a much larger operational challenge. Customers were also managing contracts, vendors, service requests, staff accommodation and compliance through separate tools, emails and spreadsheets. This became the foundation of our connected platform vision.
